Replacement Staples
These plantations shutter staples are used to connect louver to tilt
rod.

Repair Kit
If you just need a few different items, this is the most economical
way to purchase them. Each kit contains an assortment of all the staples,
nylon pins, repair pins, tension washers, panel screws, and instructions.

Repair pins
These spring loaded pins allow you to install a louver into an
existing panel. The pin is inserted into the hole in the stile, by
depressing the pin so its flush with stile, you are able to slide
the louver over the pin. When the pin finds the hole at the end of
the louver, it will pop into it thus securing the louver.
Nylon Pins
Nylon louvers pins are installed on the ends of louvers. They
support the louver, and allow it to rotate when moved. Used
primarily for new construction, they are also placed on once side of
a louver when re-installing it into an existing panel. On the other
side you would use a
repair pin.

Hinges
We have a wide selection of plantation shutter hinges and finishes.
Magnets
13 lb. Pull magnet with strike plate and screws. Available in three
different finishes.
Button Catches
Button is screwed into panel, and catch screwed into shutter frame
or window sill. Shutter will stay closed when button is pushed
into catch.

Tension Washers
Using this specially designed washer will keep you louvers in the
position you desire. Don't put up with sloppy, floppy louvers
anymore.
Shutter
Knobs
Shutter knobs are mostly decorative in nature on interior wood
shutters. Functionality comes into play when shutter knobs contain
a hook or hasp. Shutter panels can be kept closed by using the hook
which pivots at the base of one knob is attached to the opposite
knob.
